Swiss Steak Dutch Oven Recipe

Ingredients:3 lb round steak
3 stalks celery
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp parsley
1 onion
Chop celery into small bits.
Chop parsley.
Dice onion.
Melt butter in Dutch Oven.
Brown steak in butter.
Add celery, ketchip, parsley, and onion.
Cover and simmer 2 to 2.5 hours.
Water may be added if mixture looks like its getting too thick.

Serves 8 guests.
