White Chicken Chili Dutch Oven Recipe

Required:
pot or dutch oven
Ingredients:
2 - 10oz cans of chicken breast chunks
1 can Northern beans, undrained
1 can Canneloni beans, drained
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 bunch cilantro (leaves only), chopped
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 cup sour cream
3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
In large pot, brown onion and garlic.
Add all ingredients except the sour cream and cheese.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add sour cream and cheese.
Heat until cheese completely melts.

Serves 6 guests.

All recipes use a 12-inch dutch oven, unless specified.
If you have a 10-inch dutch oven, use about 2/3 to 3/4 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If you have an 8-inch dutch oven, use about 1/2 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If no temperature is listed, use 350 degrees.

A miracle just occurred.

I just made this for dinner and both of my kids (age 3 and 6) ate it and liked it. That rarely happens unless it's pizza, Mac and cheese, or chicken nuggets. Thanks!

I've made this white chicken chili many times on Troop camp-outs in the winter, and the dutch oven is always emptied clean. The adults and the Scouts love it. Thanks for the recipe.
